JAMMU, Nov 07: India’s longest tunnel connecting Chenani and Nashri , is likely to be thrown open for public around 12th December.
Sources told Cross Town News that the fresh deadline given by J&K chief secretary BR Sharma, who was chairing a high level meeting.
The Chenani-Nashri tunnel on the Jammu-Srinagar National highway has missed several deadlines but now is most likely to be open for public on 12th December.
Sources told Cross Town News Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the tunnel.
