JAMMU NOV 06 -Advisor to Chief Minister Prof Amitabh Mattoo has congratulated University of Jammu for being graded as A+ University by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) .

He expressed hope that the University would rise to greater heights in imparting quality education and create a niche for itself with greater vigour and zeal.

Prof Mattoo who is also the Chairman of Governing body of Kirori Mal College has congratulated the college for getting A+ grade from NAAC.
