JAMMU, Nov 05: Minister For Forest ,Ecology and EnvironmentCh Lal Singh with all HOD's of Forest Deptt recieved the prestigios INDIA TODAY's State of States AWARD in Environment from Honble Union Finance Minister Sh Arun Jaitely.
Ch Lal Singh while speaking to Cross Town News said " The efforts made by officers of my department since I took over the Ministry speaks. This is collective award for all of us and Jammu & Kashmir."
When Ch Lal Singh was Health Minister in PDP-BJP colaition government, Jammu & kashmir also bagged the prestigious award in the health sector.
Sources told Cross Town News that Health department in J&K which bagged 1st position last years has lost on performance and is now standing on rank 12th.
