JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 08: No doubts, JDA is notorious in violating rules & laws framed by JDA itself but acts on others for so called violation raised a pointer towards working of JDA?
Master Plan 2032 was issued in March, 2017 & as per Development Act, it was the pre condition for framing Zonal Plans for more detailing of Land use & it stands committed by so called CTP, Jagdish Hans in reply to Govt Grievance Cell but despite lapse of 4 years 5 months till date Zonal Plans has not been framed by JDA & how he is deciding present Land Use on his own is a big question on the boss CTP?
The complaints were made to Pr Secretary, H&UDD, VC JDA but they preferred to close their ear/eyes over the issue & serious non compliance by CTP, JDA to harass the innocents.
However, on today, Jammu Development Authority conducted an anti-encroachment drive and sealed illegal construction in Sarore area of Jammu constructed in violation to Master Plan 2032 but it is a question that whether bthe said building was constructed in na day?
The drive was conducted in coordination with Police Department and District administration Jammu. The illegal construction sealed by the Authority included three commercial structures.
The concerned Tehsildar JDA and Enforcement Wing conducted the drive under the overall supervision of Vice Chairman JDA.
The JDA acting firmly against the violators conducted the drive successfully and urged people to get their maps approved and permissions issued in their favour before undertaking any construction.
A clear message was also given by the Authority that such drives will continue in future against the violators.
