JAMMU, Aug 07: Senior JKAS Officer Pankaj Magotra posted as VC JDA.
Pertinent to mention here that Govt first slept over to issue orders as the said post was vacant since retirement of then VC but acted after publication in Cross Town News.
However, Pankaj had already worked as Commissioner, JMC & it will be easy for him to break the nexus in JDA, who are harassing innconts for their genuine jobs.
