JK Govt Suspends 14 Govt Officials For Dereliction Of Duties

Jammu, July 23: Chief Engineer (Dist), Jammu Power Distribution Corp Ltd (JPDCL) placed 14 Meter Readers/ Technicians of the PDD/JPDCL under suspension on the charges of poor revenue realization and failure to plug the power theft in their respective areas on the recommendation of the concerned Executive Engineers of the concerned Electric Divisions in Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts with immediate effect.

They are- Kamlesh Kumar Basotra (Tech-III), working as Meter Reader in PDD Sub Division Kathua; Bodh Raj Tech-III working as Meter Reader in PDD Sub Division Hiranagar,ctn; Rajesh Koul Revenue Examiner, working as Meter Reader and posted in Electric Div-III Jammu; Tarun Dogra- Tech-IV working as Meter Reader in Electric Div -I Jammu; Vikrant Sudan Tech -IC working as Meter Reader in Electric Division -I Jammu, Mohinder Paul, Tech-IV , working as Meter Reader in Electric Div No. I Jammu; Madan Mohan Tech-III, working as Meter Reader in Electric Div No. I Jammu, Sudhil Kumar Tech-III, working as Meter Reader in Electric Div No.III Jammu.

Mushtaq Hussain, Tech-III working as Feeder Manager Sub Div Bari Brahmana of Electric Division Vijaypur; Narinder Singh Lineman working as Meter Reader in Electric Div Vijaypur; Ashok Kumar Tech-IV working as Meter Reader in Elect Div Vijaypur; Devi Dass, Tech-III working as Meter Reader in Sub Div Canal of Electric Division -III Jammu; Raghubir Singh Tech-IV, working as Meter Reader in Sub Div Canal of Electric Div-III Jammu and Bodh Raj Tech-IV , working as Meter Reader in Electric Division-II Jammu.

Pending inquiry, these JPDCL employees have been attached to the offices of concerned Superintending Engineers (O&M Circle), JPDCL.
