JAMMU, Sep 28: DC Reasi , Ravinder Kumar has put BDO Arnas & Chassana, Rajesh Padha under suspension for fraud vouchers and making payments against poor quality of work.
Sources told Cross Town News that compaliants were lodged against concerned BDO many a times but his immediate Senior in Reasi restrained from taking actions against officer.
Sources told Cross Town News that on 22nd September 2016, A delegation led by one Kabla Singh and others narrated a tale of misdeed and corrupt practices of the BDO Rajesh Padha and his arrogant behavior .
The concerned officer was provided an opportunity to reply ADC Reasi on the complainst made against him , but the high headed BDO did not bother to do so.
Sources told Cross Town News that in the preliminary report and checking it was found that whole of the funds in the blocks of BDO were drawn in the name of material components. In interetsinf facts , the stone was available locally but exaggeretaed carriages were shown , which would be the case every where in Jammu & Kashmir. In addition to this BDO made fraud vouchers to swindle money.
The case would be there every where in Jammu & Kashmir, MNREGA has become sources of corruption in the state , it is the time where other DCs should also get more vvigil on it and bring out more such scams , so that society becomes a better place.
