J&K Wine Traders Demand Rehabilitation

JAMMU, May 10: Wine traders who lost Liquor shops in the  e-auction of liquor vends in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday made an appeal to Lt Governor Manoj Sinha for their rehabilitation.

Major number of 228 liquor traders lost their shops in the e-auction last month.

The e-auction  fetched a whopping Rs 140 crore for one year License fee to the administration as compared to  Rs 10 crore on annual renewal of the licenses annualy.
