JAMMU,Apr 30: Traffic Advisory for May 01 in J&K.

*NHW-44.*
In view the movement of Kashmir based Darbar Move employees from Jammu towards Srinagar, tomorrow , subject to fair weather and better road condition, LMVs (Passenger) shall be allowed from *Nagrota (Jammu) at 0600 hrs. upto 1300 hrs. towards Srinagar* on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. TCU Jammu shall liaise with TCU Ramban before releasing the traffic.
*HMVs/Load Carriers*
HMVs shall be allowed from Jakheni (Udhampur) towards Srinagar after Darbar Move Convoy upto 2330 hrs.
*SFs Convoy Movement*
Security Forces are advised/requested not to ply against advisory/traffic plan in view of traffic congestion on Jammu-Srinagar NHW. *They may ply from Jammu towards Srinagar* after confirming the status of NHW.
*NOTE- On 05-05-2021 Wednesday , there shall be no traffic movement on Jammu-Srinagar NHW from either side in view of maintenance/repairing of the NHW.*
*MUGHAL ROAD*
Mughal road is blocked due to snow accumulation.
*SSG ROAD*
Subject to fair weather and good road condition, only one way traffic (Passenger) *from Srinagar towards Kargil* shall be allowed on Srinagar-Sonamarg-Gumari road pass from Sonamarg at 0700 hrs. upto 1300 hrs.
*ADVISORY*
People are advised to undertake journey on NHW-44 only after confirming status of the road from Traffic control units as under:-
