JAMMU, Apr 07: A Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Tashi Rabstan and Justice Sanjay Dhar dismissed all the review petitions and writ petitions filed by the wine traders challenging the judgment passed in December month of year 2020.
DB had issued directions for framing of new Excise Policy strictly in accordance with the Jammu and Kashmir Excise Act and the law laid down by the Supreme Court on the subject , which Government subsequetnly issued on March 31.
After which wine traders had approached the Supreme Court and APex Court had dismissed the same with the direction to the petitioners to approach the J&K High Court for review of its judgment.
Yesterday, DB dismissed all the review petitions and writ petitions filed by the wine traders
