Samba, March 03: There are lot of stories of Samba administration at all level, for arrogance by this way or the other but top bosses in the Govt are watching it like a mute spectators.
Recent story started with Tehsildar, being a KAS Officers suspended in violations of JK Business rules with a wrong reference of court orders in the suspension orders of KAS Officer, which order was quashed by High Court.
Locals told Cross Town News that above order issued by Deputy Commissioner, Samba is likely to be for previous controversy with Tehsildar, Bari Brahmna but is creating harassment to general public of Tehsil Bari Brahmna.
Pertinent to mention here that lot of innocents while speaking to us said that the order issued by Deputy Commissioner, Samba is in his contoversy with Tehsildar, has put innocent peoples of Tehsil Bari Brahmna in tension & harassment.
Some people added that the said order of Deputy Commissioner Samba has stopped the sale/purchase of plots in the said Tehsil as the boss had stopped issuance of fards causing a panic in the Tehsil & may cause a big agitation.
Pertinent to mention here that the reasons mentioned in the said order for fencing of JDA land are not correct as JDA is getting demarcation of their lands since years & specified areas are fixed for that but putting ban on full Tehsil's jurisdiction raised a pointer towards the Order, as jurisdiction of full Tehsil cannot pretain to Jammu Development Authority?
