JAMMU, Jan 21: IPS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre, which now stands merged with AGMUT cadre, Udaya Bhaskar Billa to return back to J&K after completion of inter cadre deputation to the Andhra Pradesh.
Sources told Cross Town News that Billa , 2008 batch IPS officer of J&K-AGMUT cadre , to return back to J&K after serving in Andhra Pradesh on inter cadre deputation.
