Jammu, May 12: In O.A./547/2025 titled PREM SINGH AND ORS Vs JAL SHAKTI DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
M.A. No. 629 of 2025 M.A. No. 629 of 2025 has been filed by ld. counsel for the applicant seeking permission of this Tribunal for joint together. Prayer made in the M.A. is allowed for the reasons stated therein.
Accordingly, for the same cause of action all the applicants are allowed to pursue the matter jointly.
With these directions, the M.A. is disposed of. O.A. No. 547 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 02.06.2025.
Mr. Dewakar Sharma, ld. DAG and Mr. Sumant Sudan, ld. counsel for AG appear and accept notices on behalf of respondents. The respondents are directed to file the reply by the next date of hearing.
List on 02.06.2025.
In the meantime, the respondents are restrained from making any recovery from the applicant and fix the pension provisionally as per last pay/salary drawn.
