Jammu, Jan 16: Principal Sessions Judge Reasi Kamlesh Pandit today rejected the pre-arrest bail applications of two employees in BDO office Mahore in alleged fraud case.
On an complaint ,a case under sections 420/409/109/506/IPC was registered in police station Mahore & prima-facie established the misappropriation of public funds due to be released to the complainant.
Principal Sessions Judge while rejecting the bail applications observed that in this case as already stated that the accused persons/ applicants herein are involved in fraud, misuse and misappropriation of public funds for their personal benefit and to the determinant of the claimants.
