Public Service Guarantee Act of 2011 not bothered by Deputy Commissioner offices in J&K

Jammu, Jan 11: Government issued Public Service Guarantee Act of 2011 by mentioning right to service is now ayour right but seems as usual an idiom anot bothered by the top head of districts i.e. Deputy Commissioner offices.

One can observe from the services in S.NO.  4 for issuance of fard time frame was fixed only 10 days but strange to mention here that an applicant submitted application for issuance of fard in DC Office, Jammu on 5th November, 2020 vide receipt no. 205338/20/CRU & waiting for 20 days a grievance was filed in govt's grievance cell on 25th November, 2020 with registration no. 999001683949, which was forwarded to ACR, Jammu on 26th November at 3.09 P.M. but till on today despite a lapse of 45 more days but in total 66 days as on today nothing had been done by the JKUT bosses & not even bothered to reply in Grievance Cell and made PSGA of 2011 as a open failure.

It is also to publish that Govt  fixed a fine of Rs. 250 per day for not providing the service, now who will act to fine the concerned officer/official for such a big delay & non compliance of Govt orders & had not bothered to forward the application despite a lapse of 65 days.

However, the snapshot of PSGA as below speaks the truth that how the JKUT administration take PSGA.
