Electric Supply Of Defaulting Consumers Disconnected In Jammu : Defaulters Warned For More Actions

Jammu, November 21: Under the direct supervision of Er. Gurmeet Singh, Chief Engineer & PD Singh, Executive Engineer, Jammu officials of JPDCL conducted surprise inspection in several areas and disconnected electric connections of defaulting consumers, whose outstanding arrears were not cleared team of the officials of Electric Sub Division-I, JPDCL, Gandhi Nagar conducted the inspection drive. 

26 numbers of domestic and commercial installations were disconnected due to nonpayment of dues & recovered Rs 4.90 lakh on spot.

Areas where inspection drive was carried out, included Gandhi Nagar, Shastri Nagar, Channi Himmat, Transport Nagar and adjoining localities.

The JPDCL has once again appealed the consumers to clear outstanding/arrear amount if any at the earliest to avoid disconnections.
