JAMMU, Aug 13: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Jammu , Mohammad Saleem, on Saturday received serious injury during driving test when a car driven by Licencse test giver went out of control and struck ARTO.
Sources from RTO told Cross Town News, ARTO was immediately shifted to GMC Hospital Jammu. He has recieved injuries in head, condition is stated to stable.
