NEW DELHI, AUG 08: With Kashmir valley remaining tense, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Monday, convened a meeting with J&K CM mehbooba Mufti to discuss on Kashmir issues.
Sources told that the meeting was also attended Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and MoS PMO Jitendra Singh.
With Kashmir burning since last 31 days , the situation is getting no good with contnious protests and curfew.
With State leaders short of ideas now, The Centre has plunged in to take lead role, sources said.
"Centre should reach out to the people of J&K. Process of dialogue can improve situation in Jammu & Kashmir.", said Mehbooba after meeting Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
