SRINAGAR,Aug 04: J&K Government has ordered transfers & postings of three senior IAS officers (CTN) vide Government Order No.851-GAD of 2016, Dated:04-08-2016.
As per the order copy available with Cross Town News , it states" In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:-
1. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta, IAS:86, Principal Secretary (CTN) to the Government, Forest, Environment and Ecology Department, is transferred and posted as Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.
2. Mr. Lokesh Dutt Jha, IAS:86, Principal Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, is transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises.
3. Mr. Mohd. Afial Bhat, IAS:2000, under orders of transfer as Commissioner, J&K Bureau of Public Enterprises, is now posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Forest, Environment and Ecology Department."
