SRINAGAR, AUGUST 02: Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice today directed the officers to finalize the amendments in Service, Recruitment Rules of Legislative Assembly, Legislative Council and Law department within fifteen days.
The Minister said this while chairing a meeting of officers convened here today to review the process of finalization of Service/Recruitment Rules of both Houses of Legislature and Law Department which was attended by Secretary, Legislative Assembly, Mohammad Ramzan, Secretary Legislative Council Abdul Majid Bhat and senior officers of Law Department.
Minister also directed the Law Department to send a circular to all the departments asking them to finalize their recruitment/service rules at the earliest. The departments will be asked to consult Law Department in case amendments are required to be made in Service/Recruitment Rules.
