Jammu, Aug 14: Jammu & Kashmir Police topped the list of Police medals for gallantry with total 81 medals followed by 51 medals to CRPF, DIG VK Virdi and Atul Goel, SSP Tejinder Singh, Sandeep Choudhary ,Gurinderpal Singh, Yougal Manhas, Zulfkar, Javaid among Awardees .
There are 12 medals for meritorius Services, 12 for Police medals, and one for President medal for distinguished services.
