Jammu, Aug 06: Once upon a time a SRO 456 dated: 25th October 2017 was issued by which it was clarified to clear the cases of innocents in section 5(2).
Pertinent to mention here that regarding the issue a grievance was filed in so called Governors Grievance Cell vide No. 999001100747 & 999001100781 dated 14th March 2019 but super powers of concerned Officers can be observed by the Lt Governor by viewing their reply in actual, which shall speak of the working of J&K administration.
Pertinent to mention here that lot of cases were cleared by then DC by following the rules in Section 5(2) & snapshot of one permission granted by then DC for 10 Kanals of land vide order dated: 01.08. 2018 on the reccomendations of Minister speaks the truth but thereafter non compliance of SRO-456.
However, DC Jammu acted swiftly recommended 20 cases with complete formalities to FCR vide letter dated: 07.01.2020 but the officers of FCR preferred to sleep over the cases for more than 6 months & after filing a grievance in Govt's Grievance Cell vide no. 999001416631, the file was again forwarded by FCR's office to Pr Secretary, Revenue vide letter No. Misc-288/2020 dated: 19.06.2020 but thereafter again the same boss, who is holding the charge of FCR ?
