Jammu, July 22: One more issue of Health department can be observed that Government transferred one Doctor vide G.O.No. 516 dated: 01.07.2020 but the Doctor did not join at his new place of posting.
In between what story cooked, which is only known to Pr Secretary, H&ME & Director because Director reccomended the case of said doctor by adopting the procedure of what soever on 20.07.2020 & thereafter efficiency of office of Pr Secretary, Health acted with in hours as file was processed, approved & new Govt order to retain the doctor at the same place was issued on 21.07.2020,
