JAMMU, Aug 29: Fight between Rural Development Department and Public Works Department is open now in Jammu & Kashmir over postings. PWD deputed three Incherge XEN in RDD and also posted them at differenet location. Taking coognizance of it Secrretery RDD shoot a letter to Commissioner PWD that it is not the comptence of PWD department to make the postings , they can only depute officers. It is prorogative of RDD department only where they want to post these Engineers.Already PHE department posted an Incharge Xen in Kathua , even though there was sitting XEN of REW there.
