NEW DELHI, July 26: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju Tuesday said the arrest of a militant in Kupawara in Jammu and Kashmir is a big success for security forces as it brings in open the game plan of Pakistan.
"Catching a terrorist alive is a big success as it brings in open the game plan of Pakistan. The arrest of terrorist in Kupwara is a big achievement of security forces," he told reporters in New Delhi.
Four militants were killed and one apprehended by security forces during an encounter in Naugam sector near the LoC in Kupwara district of Kashmir.
