Jammu, July 09: The Crime Branch presented a chargesheet against former Director, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Department Jammu for violations in issuance of Kerosene-oil licenses during his tenure.
The chargesheet was produced against the accused, namely Subash Chander Jandyal, son of late Paras Ram, resident of 218/A Shastri Nagar Jammu, near Dogra Hr Sec School, who retired as Director, Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Department Jammu in a case registered vide FIR No 31/2007 under Sections 5(2) PC Act Svt 2006 in the Court of Special Judge Anti-corruption Jammu for commission of grave violations in issuance of Kerosene Oil licenses during his posting as Director Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution Department in year 2001 and 2002.
