Jammu, July 01: Arvind Kotwal(KAS) who as MD Housing Board, J&K retired on superannuation on 30th June after making a history of delay tactices & of not deciding the issues & other matters related to.
It is also a history that the boss officer managed his posting after getting the modification of Govt order within 24 hours by his top political & bureaucraticecontacts to get the posting as MD Housing Board, J&K.
His record of delaying tactices could not make him to become effective in his last prestegious posting as MD Housing except he showed his competance in transferring a plot in his name with in days as compared to the cases of other innocents, whose cases are waiting for their turn in the said office since months.
The team of other such officers in the said office also used the same procedure of pick & choose to clear the cases since long, if enquired by checking date of receipt & disposal shall detrct a corruption scam of the bosses of Housing Board.
Insiders told Cross Town News that neither the charge of the office assigned to any boss nor govt could got any other officer to post on the prestegious office followed by the post of Secretary, HB is also lying vacant since months after the superannuation of Ram Pal Sharma.
