UDHAMPUR, JULY 20- District Magistrate Udhampur, Neeraj Kumar has ordered that no one shall be allowed to ply Motorcycle, Scooter/Scooties without wearing helmet in the district. It has also been made mandatory for women to wear helmet while driving two wheelers.
Magistrates, ARTO and Police authorities have been directed to ensure that these directions are implemented in letter and spirit.
