Sidhu Resigns From RS MP, Could Be AAP's CM Candidate In Punjab


New Delhi, July 18: Senior BJP leader and Ex cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu on Monday quit as a member of Parliament.

According to a report,  52-year-old former cricketer and commentator is drifting towards Arvind Kejriwal's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which is campaigning aggressively in Punjab ahead of elections in the state next year.


Reports suggest that Sidhu could be AAP's chief ministerial candidate.
