Sources in Chandigarh Power corridor told Cross Town News, Viswajeet Khanna , 1987 batch IAS Officer, is front runner.
KBS Sindhu, 1984 batch IAS, who is second senior most IAS Officer in Punjab, is also hot favourite at the moment.
