Jammu, June 08: No doubts there are countless questions on JKUT Govt as a whole because it use to issue orders time & again in various issues but never sought its ATRs by making the system as a failure & a joke on ground.
However, open non compliance of ACs Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022 & dtd 25th July over a crucial matter is treated as a biggest failure on ground & no actions has been observed on ground for its non compliance by making loss to crores to JKUT Govt on Stamp Duty Fee & other taxes?
However, other issue of non compliance can be observed from seeking details of finalization of Recruitment Rules of various departments by so called High Power Committee shall speak of other failure because this is allowing bosses on concerned departments for higher placements by adopting "PICK & CHOOSE" with proved vested considerations. Otherwise there is a fixed time schedule for finalization of Recruitment of Rules of various departments to streamline the system, needed to be acted upon.
Recruitment Rules of 1970 of JMC & JDA if looked into are still running here & there for its finalization in Secretariate shall speak the efficiency of top bosses, who are only bothered for their promotions & other side allowing higher placements in department by adopting pick & choose over the head of genuine ones, who are at the verge of retirement, needed to be acted upon.
Rest Govt can verify the efficiency of committee that how many rules it has finalize or recommenced, which will speak their efficiency & work culture & be acted upon to bring efficiency in the administration.
