JAMMU, JULY 16 –The Education Department is going to hold one day Transfer Mela to provide opportunity to those eligible Teachers, Lecturers and Masters who could not submit their applications in the two day Mela held late last Month.
As per Education Department, one Day Transfer Mela of all education zones of District Jammu would be organized on July 19 2016 from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 PM at Boys Higher Secondary Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The Department has urged all the left out officials to submit their application forms as per proforma already issued.
Medical cases/ disability cases if any shall be considered only after submission of documentary proof.
Pertinently earlier the transfer mela for all Zonal HQs of District Jammu was organized from 27th to 29th June 2016 and all the Lecturers, Masters, Teachers of District Jammu with stay over two years at present place of posting were informed to submit the transfer application forms to the concerned ZEO Offices.
In this context a total of 1305 application forms were received. However it was brought to the notice of the department that some employees couldn’t submit their transfer application form and for all the left over cases another one day Mela is being held.
