New Delhi, Dec 31: The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has promoted three AGMUT cadre Indian Forest Service officers to the grade of Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Level 15 of the pay matrix including Riddhi Jagadh Vasudev , who is posted as CCF in Jammu and Kashmir.
