Jammu, May 21: Jammu and Kashmir Excise Commissioner , Rajesh Shavan allowed opening of 40 Shops in J&K on Thursday.
Shavan is himself monitoring opening of Shops, where Excise sleuths placed at each Wine shop to maintain Social distancing.
