JAMMU, Apr 04: Government has said that the appeal of the Hon'ble Prime Minister Narednra Modi is to simply switch off the lights in homes from 9 pm to 9.09 pm on the 5th of April.
The Statement with Cross Town News further reads "There is no call to switch off either street lights or appliances or essential public utility services.Only residence lights should be switched off."
