Srinagar, March 30: After the students and foreign travellers started completing their mandatory 14 days quarantine, authorities have started permitting them to return home, which started with a group of 78 individuals who left for home on Monday.
They were part of almost 40 similar facilities where more than 2000 people, mostly who travelled from abroad, were quarantined. This group of people was the first to be quarantined. They all had come from Leh where the first case was Coronavirus was reported in the region.
