JAMMU, Aug 26: Government always talks of its honesty & transparency in all fields but seems to be in air only. One live example of its transparency against its own transfer policy speaks from G.O.No. 242 PW(HYD) of 2015 dated 21.08.2015 passed by Secretary of the said department, which speaks as under:-
Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Incharge Executive Engineer under orders of transfer to the Design, Inspection & Quality Control Department Vide Govt. order No. 175PW (HYD) of 2015 dated 06.07.2015 is hereby posted as in charge Executive Engineer, REW, Kathua.
This speaks about the blue eyed ness of the officer, who stands transferred directly to the other department after a gap of 45 days only. Illegality of the order speaks that the incumbent who is working as Xen. REW Kathua has been sent to air.
It is pertinent to mention here that Xen, REW Kathua Mr Sharma has recently been posted from Leh & sent to air by the other department to adjust blue eyed one in violation of all rules & regulations.
