JAMMU, Jan 24: Law Ministry has cleared name of Rajnesh Oswal for appointment as Judge of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory, whereas there is no confirmation yet on name of Moksha Kazmi, who also was recommended by Supreme Court.
Supreme Court Collegium on Thursday also recommended the name of Javed Iqbal Wani for his elevation as Judge.
Supreme Court Collegium in October month last year, approved names of two Advocates for appointment as Judges of J&K High Court Moksha Kazmi and Rajnesh Oswal and names were forwaded to Union Law Ministry.
Sources told Cross Town News that the file is with PMO now, and can get clearance soon for Rajnesh oswal , whereeas name of Moksah Kazmi can be cleared later on with Javed Iqbal Wani by Union Law Ministry.
