Two Land Grabbers besides revenue officials the then Patwari Halqa Paloura, Jammu, the then concerned Naib Tehsildar and the then concerned Tehsildar have also been booked for conspiring as well as cheating the complainant by issuing forged Fard Intekhab for 2 kanals of JDA land in Paloura, Jammu.
