Chandhigarh, Dec 3: Otherwise Minsters speaks to reward honest & competant officers but seems only in the air & speaches, which had been proved in the case of 53 transfers of one senior IAS Officers of 1991 batch.
One senior IAS officer Ashok Khemka is the live example of harssment by the Govt as he has been transferred 53 times in 27 years carrier of his services.
Pertinent to mention here that he had been transferred thrice in last one year speaks that how the political bosses of India treat honest & competant IAS Officers in open violation of so called transfer policy, which raises a question mark on the integrity of so called honest & competant administration....?
However, he had tweeted that how honest officers are treated in India, which can be observed from the secreeshot.
