A live example can be observed from the appointment of Deputy Commissioners at different districts by leaving their Seniors on dummy positions despite senior to them
Officers at Serial numbers well past 100, as per the seniority list of KAS, have been posted as DCs, clearly speaks of the proved story that these officers are working as Deputy Commissioners but seniors had not been given a single chance as Deputy Commissioners, so that they can also show their ability to work.
One of the Officer told Cross Town News that "Are they not competant as KAS Officers & being senior to appointed ones"
Shall Lt Governors administration look into the issue to assign others also with the same position as their juniors had got to do justice with them followed by the DOPT Rule. 12 for posting of KAS officers as Deputy Commissioners?
