Jammu, Nov 20: Jammu Development Authority restricts Block Development Officers to accord any NOC for sanction of plans in its jurisdiction henceforth.
Pertinent to mention here that otherwise reportedly there seems to be no any Govt orders, which had authorised BDO's to sanction the plan of huge constructions.
However, order copy of JDA, which had restricted BDO's to sanction plans in near future, which reads as under.
