Jammu, Nov 18: Everybody knows that how Revenue bosses arte harassing innocents over Gair Mumkin Khad issues despite SRO 456 of 2017 issued by the Govt regarding the issue since 2 years back.
However, lot of cases were lying pending in Deputy Commissioners Jammus office since long but Sushma Chouhan after taking over as D C Jammu sorted out the issue & vide dated. 4.11.2019 an circular was issued to process the cases as per devised performa with in one month.
As per details with Cross Town News , now, the efficiency of ACR Jammu , took 12 days just to forward the cases to concerned SDM vide letter dated: 16.11.2019, then but one can expect in fresh cases, which had to be processed, raises a question mark on the part of such kind of officers?
However, the snapshots speaks the truth but pertinent to mention here that maximum of cases which had been returned after sitting over the files since months were with due NOC's from Revenue as well as from Flood Control Department, with the observations that the said plots are not hit by by any source of water etc etc but then also top revenue officers failed to understand the simple launguage of rules & Act in SRO 456 in Section 5(2) raised a pointer towards knowledge of Revenue heads.
