Kathua, Nov 13: A Police Sub Inspector was killed while three people including a teenager girl were injured after a rashly driven Maruti car hit them near Dream Land Park road.
The car fled after the accident and the person driving it has not been identified yet.
However police said it has traced the car bearing registration number JK02 CC1221 and it will soon identify the driver and other people traveling in it.
