Jammu, Nov 13: Time & again since March, 2019, Cross Town News publicized the negligences done by Div Com/DC's offices in vioation of SRO 456 of 2017, in which clear guidelines were issued by Cabinet to issue a notification in Section 5(2) but all bosses prefer to sleep over the issue for the reasons known to them.
Thereafter, vide No. 999001100747 & 781 grievance was filed in so called Governors Grievance Cell over the issue but very strange none of the top officers in the administration bothered to Act speaks of their efficiency & competance.

Pertinent to mention here that, however Deputy Commissioner, Jammu understood the public problem & issued orders for issuance of fard in Gair Mumkin Khads with some genuine information on 4.11.2017, which can be seen from the snapshot but other DC's are still sleeping over the public issue till date is a question mark on them.
A senior retired Doctor spoke to CTN that such kind of cases are in dust as intelligent & competent Revenue officers of Kathua district are not understanding the issue despite permitting permission for construction of Medical College in Gair Mumkin Khad, which clearly speaks of Art 14 & 16 of Constitution of India.
It is also a matter of high level enquiry that JDA/Housing Board that they also constructing their colonies in the same nomenclatured land & why innocents are not being permitted ?
Shall Lt Governor act on such officers, who are harassing innocents for permissions despite clear NOCs from Revenue & Flood Control Department to show an impact of transparent Administration & to fix the time frame to clear such issues, otherwise again years will take to resolve the issues of innocents?
