JAMMU, MAY 14 - Commercial Taxes Department has setup control rooms at district and divisional levels for providing technical assistance to dealers with regard to filing of electronic returns and payments.
The control room assistance would be available to dealers during office hours from today onwards to facilitate hassle free electronic filing of returns and payments.
As per Commercial Taxes Department all the registered dealer having Gross Annual Turnover of Rs 20.00 Lakh and above have to file electronic returns and payments w.e.f. 1st quarter 2016-2017.
In the event of dealers requiring any technical assistance, the dealers should approach the nearest control room for getting the assistance from resource persons available at Divisional Control Room Jammu at Excise and Taxation Building, Circle Offices Excise and Taxation building , District head quarter Kathua CTD Circle office, at Shahidi chowk , District Head quarter Udhampur CTD Circle office Everest Building main bazaar , District Head quarter Doda, CTD Circle office near J&K Bank Nagri road, District head quarter Rajouri , CTD circle office ITI road, near Gujjar hostel Boys.
