Jammu, Jan 07: There are rules that district cadre or province cadre officers are posted accordingly, but post of Draftsman are on Province Level, but as per order copy with Cross Town News speaks of Deployment of Draftsman on State Cadre i.e. from Jammu Province to Kashmir & Kashmir Province to Jammu Province, needed to have a look, whether, these are state Cadre post or Provincial Cadre post, to see the facts, copy with CTN, which read as under:-
