JAMMU, May 13: The Special Police Officer (SPO), who was arrested by the police for facilitating the rape of a woman in Khour Police Station by SHO , is alleged to be one of the close aide of Powerful ex-Congress Minister.
As per reports from various segments she used to travel the constituency with the EX - minister and solve matters of people as Ex- Minister only got her posted in the Police station of his area.
The Minister himself might be under some pressure as the SPO might be knowing secrets of the said Minister and if he is not able to help her , she might act as spoilsport.
