NEW DELHI, May 07: Firebrand Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday said the Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not having enough courage to arrest Sonia Gandhi and said Congress -BJP are one and the same thing.
Kejriwal alleged that the two parties had a setting that the BJP government will not arrest Sonia Gandhi in chopper scam and the Congress will not raise the matter of PM Modi's educational qualification.
