NEW DELHI, May 06:Many Congress leaders, including party chief Sonia Gandhi, vice-president Rahul Gandhi and former prime minister Manmohan Singh, on Friday courted arrest after they were stopped from going to Parliament House as part of their “Save Democracy March”.
They started march from Jantar Mantar but were stopped by police as section 144 was imposed in the area, went to the Parliament Street police station to court arrest and were released within 15 minutes.
